Hilarious Rubber Chicken Christmas Tree Topper

It’s hilarious but expensive and extremely heavy. It’s difficult to believe that it was conceived as a christmas tree topper. If it were, seems like it would be lighter and (speaking of lights) light up! I’ll probably cut a hole in the back this year to install a light.

My granddaughter picked out the rubber chicken for her Christmas tree she puts in her room. I hesitatedBuying it because of the price. I gave it 5 stars because she loved it. Hopefully, she’ll use it for several more years.

This will totally make my white elephant Christmas party. The only thing I'm struggling with is do I put it in with the gifts or on my tree as a nod to the festivities. May need to get another!The chicken is big, rubber is substantial and colors are vibrant. It's just like 'those' joke chickens!Love it!!

So funny! I always have somewhat of a theme for Christmas. Now that I have no littles I still want to keep things fun and enjoyable for the family. This year as soon as I saw this thing I thought, "Tacky Christmas"! This is perfect for that vision.It is a harder plastic than I was expecting. More like an aggressive chewer for dogs. Nothing like I remember of the old floppy, noise making rubber chicken back in the day. Kinda a shame but this way it will maintain standing up without issue. So there is that. Really wish it would have made noise, clucking out holiday tunes would have amped it up to the next level. Not docking for that as it didn't suggest that it would, just seems a missed opportunity. I thought maybe I could insert a player of some sort, but the opening is very narrow.That's the only real negative to this item. The base opening for placing on the tree is only 3/4". Smaller than a quarter and only about 2" deep. It does feel like I should be able to enlarge the hole without damaging the integrity, but still... for roughly $30 I shouldn't have to try and figure out a way to rig it up.Overall though, I think it'll hit that tacky factor I'm going for. Especially when added to all the other elements I've got in mind. If you've also got a twisted sense of humor, this is one to consider.Peace

This is a tree topper in the shape of a rubber chicken. Measurements aren't quite what was listed. The entire chicken is just at 12 inches in length, 10 inches will sit above the tree when placed. Color is bright and doesn't rub off at all. Sad to find out it doesn't make any noise but you can't have everything hahaha
